It is big holiday for American. Family weekend!
Football and Turkey! This is American way.
My way ...... My son's Ice Hockey Tournament and Turkey.
I'm going to make my Japanese Chicken and we are going to our American Family's.
Hoodie's Chicken (Japanese fried chicken)Ingredients
1 lb Boneless thigh
3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake (Japanese rice wine)
2 cloves garlic,chopped
Grind ginger (same amount of garlic)
4 tablespoons cornstarch
Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Extra --- Scallion, Sesame seed
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size, get rid of fat part and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sake, ginger and garlic for at least 1 hour. (more hours is always better)
Addition: If you like scallion. cut scallion little piece and marinate with with them.
Addition: I usually put sesame seed and mix with them before putting on cornstarch.
Roll pieces in cornstarch or put cornstarch into the bowl. Don't put too much cornstarch on pieces of chicken!
Heat oil to 350 degrees F in a deep pan.
Fry chicken in small batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Put them in Oven 350 degrees for 30 min. ( It makes less fat)
Serve hot.
Enjoy your meal!

Music in Autumn!
Thank you for coming our show in Tokyo.
I got many reports from many friends every day.
It was a nice experience for us.
I was sad because I couldn't be there. However I felt I was with them.
So these designs are going to zazzal products. Binders, Cards, Mousepads, Mugs, and shoes, more.
Don't you think these designs should be on fabrics, too?
By the way, I went to see "This is it!" at the theatre with my son, finally.
I heard teenagers don't want to go to movies with their parents, is this true?

It was my challenge to me using only my fabric collection. Actually it was difficult and gave me hard time.
I used some solid color wool fabrics and denims from my jeans, but I didn't use any other fabrics.
All my groups are blended well. I got more ideas. I will make more and they will be on sale @ in the box 2010 in US, @ Tail Tree in Japan.
Home page on Hoodie's Collection's site.Autumn, music We have many concerts in Autumn in Japan.
I'm sure here in US as well.
I prefer to listen Jazz in this season, Autumn.

Tint me Hint!
The description of Tint me Hint is the workshop in my mind.
Black side and Red side.
Darker side and Lighter side.
Positive side and Negative side.
My images are grown irregularly.
Completely opposite sides are contacting and against each other.
Eventually both thoughts are mixing them inside of me.
